Anthurium forgetii x debile

Anthurium “Elephant Skin” was the best clone from my 2021 cross of Anthurium forgetii and Anthurium debile. Being both quilted and bullate, this hybrid gives new meaning to the term ‘textured’.

“Elephant Skin” has it all, great texture, amazing iridescence, phenomenal hardened color, and an undulated petiole near the sinus attachment. He hardens a bluish-gray that heavily resembles the skin of an elephant, hence the name. “Elephant Skin” was my fist successful hybrids with Anthurium debile which has landed it firmly on my list of favorites.
